Villa Rhaïce is for rent:

Week (6 nights / Mon 10am to Sun 4pm)
Midweek (4 nights / Mon 10am to Fri 10am)
Weekend (2 nights / Fri 4pm to Sun 4pm)

We distinguish between high and low season.
High season: July, August and all school holidays.

Villa Rhaïce is only for rent per week during the main vacation (July and August)

Reservation and payment

If you wish to book a period, please contact us at info@villarhaice.be.

We will respond to your request within 24 hours and, if you wish, provide you with a rental agreement signed by us and a request for payment of a deposit. Any reservation becomes final after signing the agreement and transferring the deposit (30% of the rental rate) within 5 days. Please mention your name and the rental period when paying. After payment you will receive our confirmation. The remaining amount (the remaining 70%) plus a deposit of 500 euros, must be transferred no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full rental rate (100%) plus the deposit of 500 euros must be paid within 5 days of receipt of our agreement. Confirmation of the stay becomes final only after payment of the full rental rate and the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant's account after establishing good management and no later than ten days after the end of the stay. Any damage, loss or excessive consumption costs will be deducted from it.

Conditions

  1. Villa Rhaïce should be used with care by the tenant. This applies to the interior of the vacation home, but also the surroundings. If the tenant fails to behave as a good housekeeper and/or causes nuisance and/or does not comply with the house rules, the signed rental agreement will be considered dissolved and access to the property may be denied without refund of the rental fees paid.
  2. The tenant is responsible for any damage or loss caused by him, and any costs for repairs and/or repurchases are the responsibility of the tenant, even if determined by the landlord within ten days of use.
  3. If the rental is cancelled by the tenant, the following cancellation fees will be charged: the deposit (in case of cancellation more than one month before the stay), the full rental rate (in case of cancellation less than 1 month of the stay). Early termination of the stay does not give the right to a refund of part of the rental rate. However, the tenant can always appoint a substitute tenant in case of cancellation. This substitute tenant will then take over the rental contract.
  4. The rental may be suspended or canceled by the landlord without compensation in cases of force majeure: safety hazards, disruptions in the supply of energy, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, death, ... The rental may also be suspended or canceled by the landlord without compensation if the tenant does not comply with the payment deadlines, does not pay the deposit or does not comply with the rental conditions regarding care and good housekeeping.
  5. The landlord is not liable for accidents in and around Villa Rhaïce. 

House rules

The stay is for a maximum of 8 people.
It is forbidden to smoke in Villa Rhaïce!
Pets are not allowed.
The use of the following appliances is prohibited: frying pan, fondue set or gourmet set.
Thank you not to wear shoes upstairs (parquet).

Please upon departure:
Wash all kitchen equipment and eating utensils.
Empty the dishwasher.
Store all utensils in the cabinets.
Throw all garbage in the sorting containers.
Turn off all heaters and lights.
Closing the doors and windows.

Party = yes / Demolition party = no!

Villa Rhaïce handles your data in accordance with the 'Law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data' and in accordance with the 'General Data Protection Regulation' applicable in the European Union from 2018.
